Quando me matriculei me fizeram efetuar o pagamento e me atenderam prontamente. Agora, que estou solicitando o cancelamento do contrato e reembolso dos valores pagos não me atendem, não respondem e não resolvem o problema das faltas das aulas contratadas. Decepção. Não recomendo esta escola para ninguém!!! Verifiquei no site que não sou a primeira a fazer esta reclamação.
Good afternoon, I've been out of classes for one and I don't have any feedback justifying or at least answering my email to cancel the course. When I enrolled, they made me pay and they responded promptly. Now, that I am requesting the cancellation of the contract and reimbursement of the amounts paid, they do not respond to me, do not respond and do not solve the problem of absences from the contracted classes. Disappointment. I do not recommend this school to anyone!!! I checked on the website that I'm not the first to make this complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato com o Berlitz Unidade Berrini e ofereceram o Private Peak Hours 3 níveis com o valor promocional de R$19080,00. Antes de assinar ou avaliar qualquer contrato exigiram o pagamento antecipado. A princípio o valor seria referente a um pacote de 120 aulas de 45 minutos, com rotatividade de professores, flexibilidade de horários e material que se adequava à necessidade do aluno, como enganosamente aparece no site. Ao começar o curso percebi que não havia rotatividade de professores o material era unicamente focado em business (completamente diferente da minha atual necessidade) e não podia sequer alterar o horário, pois, segundo eles, teria que pagar mais 20% do valor total que já havia pagado caso o quisesse. Um completo desrespeito ao consumidor! Já reclamei e até agora não resolveram nenhum dos problemas relatados.
I got in touch with Berlitz Unit Berrini and they offered the Private Peak Hours 3 levels with the promotional value of R$19080.00. Before signing or evaluating any contract they required payment in advance. At first, the value would refer to a package of 120 lessons of 45 minutes, with teacher turnover, flexible timetables and material that suited the student's needs, as misleadingly appears on the website. When starting the course I realized that there was no teacher turnover, the material was solely focused on business (completely different from my current need) and I could not even change the schedule, as, according to them, I would have to pay 20% more of the total amount already he had paid if he wanted to. A complete disrespect for the consumer! I've already complained and so far they haven't solved any of the reported problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já abri uma reclamação solicitando o cancelamento do curso mas não me respondem e não retornam os contatos. Exigem o pagamento antes de assinar o contrato e depois simplesmente se comportam de forma desonesta e indiferente, não respondendo a nenhum contato. Fujam desse curso!!!
I have already opened a complaint requesting the cancellation of the course but they do not respond to me and do not return the contacts. They demand payment before signing the contract and then simply behave dishonestly and indifferently, not responding to any contact. Run away from this course!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comecei minhas aulas com quase um mês de atraso, o livro de referencia das aulas ( material Berlitz) mandado não é do meu estágio, não recebi o link prás aulas na internet nem da plataforma e já estou na 3a semana do curso. Tenho feito reclamações diárias, sem resposta!
I started my classes almost a month late, the class reference book (Berlitz material) sent is not from my internship, I didn't receive the link to the classes on the internet or the platform and I'm already in the 3rd week of the course. I've been complaining daily, with no response!
