★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida por telefone por alguém bem educada, quando cheguei na loja fui atendida por uma moça super mal- educada que não fez questão nenhuma da venda e nem respondia as coisas direito, por pouco não chamei outra pessoa para me atender pois já estava me sentindo péssima com o atendimento da moça porem só tinha um rapaz ao telefone lá na frente ( fui comprar piso e portas) perdeu a venda fui em outro lugar que merece as 5*. Que o dono faça uma reciclagem, quem não precisa trabalhar trata mal os clientes .
I was answered by phone by someone very polite, when I arrived at the store I was attended by a super rude girl who didn't ask any questions about the sale and didn't even answer things right, I almost called someone else to answer me because I was already feeling terrible with the assistance of the girl but there was only one guy on the phone in the front (I went to buy floors and doors) lost the sale I went somewhere else that deserves the 5 *. Let the owner do a recycling, who does not need to work treats customers badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura é excelente, porém o atendimento deixa muito a desejar.. tive que pedir mtas vezes pra ser atendida, mesmo com três funcionários disponíveis, passando várias vezes na minha frente e ignorando minha presença. Me deixaram totalmente desmotivada a comprar lá. Quando solicitei o que queria me disseram que não iriam fazer naquela semana, só na outra e mediante agendamento, e eu havia ido na semana anterio e me disseram que faziam na hora, bastava aguardar. não fizeram questão nenhuma de atender com educação e interesse...Perderam uma grande cliente...
The structure is excellent, but the service leaves a lot to be desired... I had to ask many times to be assisted, even with three employees available, passing several times in front of me and ignoring my presence. They left me totally unmotivated to buy there. When I asked for what I wanted, they told me they would not do it that week, only the next one and by appointment, and I had gone the week before and they told me they would do it right away, just wait. they didn't make a point of attending with politeness and interest...They lost a great client...
