★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não foi mais frustante,pq não havia como! Demorou fora que o macarrão na chapa estava parecendo sobra,deu no mesmo que rasgar dinheiro,20 reais diretamente para o lixo,pena que não tem como colocar a foto aqui!

Se os lanches são iguais ao que prometem tomem cuidado com as "carnes", porque pode dar bloqueio de intestino.KKK!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência de hoje foi péssima além de esperar o lanche que seria entregue após as 19h quando chega o motoboy me liga pra mim ir busca o lanche com ele na rua. Devido ele relatar que é perigoso. Mas tem meu cadastro e não fui informada que teria que ir na rua buscar.
Teria que informar os clientes antes de efetuarmos a compra e aguardar por ela. NÃO GOSTEI DO ATENDIMENTO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia de ontem pedi um combo novo que é o RED e fui informada que o pão seria feito etc, após 1hr fui até o estabelecimento e busquei o lanche chegando em casa o pão não era o pão do lanche, sendo que isso era o diferencial e o lanche estava um pouco divergente do que foi apresentado, paguei por um combo mais caro e recebi um mais barato, além do sabor que estava ok mas não bom de fato. Péssima experiência com o combo e com o fato do estabelecimento ter me enviado o combo sabendo que faltava itens, pois o correto seria me comunicar ou cancelar o pedido ou ter perguntado se queria trocar por outro, porém não ofereceu nenhum suporte a troca do item ou alguma tentativa de resolução mesmo depois de ter os informados que o lanche estava divergente e que não queria mais o mesmo, porém não se comentou nenhum possibilidade de devolução. Nota 1, pois o 0 não tem como ainda.
Yesterday I asked for a new combo which is RED and I was informed that the bread would be made etc, after 1hr I went to the establishment and looked for the snack arriving at home the bread was not the bread of the snack, and that was the differential and the snack was a little different from what was presented, I paid for a more expensive combo and received a cheaper one, besides the taste that was ok but not really good. Bad experience with the combo and the fact that the establishment sent me the combo knowing that items were missing, as the correct thing would be to communicate or cancel the order or have asked if I wanted to exchange for another one, but did not offer any support to exchange the item or some attempt at resolution even after informing them that the snack was different and that they no longer wanted the same, but there was no comment on the possibility of a return. Note 1, because 0 has no way yet.
