Nas primeiras três ligações tocou até cair, da quarta vez uma mulher tirou o telefone do gancho sem dizer nada, fiquei escutando ela conversar com uma cliente. Liguei novamente e finalmente fui atendido por uma mulher que disse que entraria em contato comigo via WhatsApp, não entrou. Então eu entrei em contato via WhatsApp, não me responderam nada. Liguei novamente outras vezes, o telefone era atendido, porém desligado em seguida. Se para comprar eles tratam o cliente desse jeito, imagina depois da compra se ocorrer algum problema.
I saw the announcement of a vehicle made by this company on a marketplace website, I got in touch to find out more information, as I live in the interior of São Paulo. In the first three calls it rang until it dropped, the fourth time a woman took the phone off the hook without saying anything, I listened to her talk to a client. I called again and finally I was answered by a woman who said she would contact me via WhatsApp, she didn't. So I got in touch via WhatsApp, they didn't answer me at all. I called again at other times, the phone was answered, but then turned off. If they buy the customer that way to buy, imagine after the purchase if a problem occurs.
