★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja de Simonésia fui super mal atendido, as vendedoras estavam mais interessadas em vender do que fazer um bom atendimento, comprei um sofá a vista ele veio com esfolado, entrei com reclamação na loja não me deram nenhum retorno nem satisfação e me fizeram de bobo, to dando uma estrela porque se não eu não comento, porque minha vontade é dar nenhuma estrela, decepção nunca mais compro nada nessa loja . Tomem cuidado
 I went to the Simonésia store, I was very poorly attended, the salespeople were more interested in selling than doing a good service, I bought a sofa in cash, it came with skinned, I came in with a complaint at the store, they didn't give me any feedback or satisfaction and they made me happy. silly, I'm giving a star because otherwise I won't comment, because I want to give any stars, disappointment I never buy anything at this store again. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha avó comprou uma TV de 32 polegadas por 1.200 e a TV nem era esmart veio com defeito e falarão que era a antena e não era pq ela comprou a antena nova e não funcionou e aí ela levou para a loja e falaram que só poderia arumar só se pagas e o frete e ela pagou e até hoje não consertaram ela foi na loja na o devolverão o dinheiro ?? minhá avó tá sem a TV Desculpas de fevereiro de 2020 forao mau atendida ????
My grandmother bought a 32 inch TV for 1,200 and the TV wasn't even esmart it came with a defect and they'll say it was the antenna and it wasn't because she bought the new antenna and it didn't work and then she took it to the store and said she could only fix it only if you pay and the freight and she paid and until today they didn’t fix it she went to the store to return the money ?? my grandmother is without the TV Excuses of February 2020 were badly attended ????

Falta de respeito com o consumidor
Super not recommended, once we bought 1 racket, they asked for up to 7 days for delivery and only delivered it when we went to the store to complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima loja, comprei supostamente um liquidificador por essa loja através do site das lojas Americanas e faz mais de 2 semanas não me enviaram e nem sequer ainda emitiram a NF ja reclamei em todos os canais possiveis e nao recebi um retorno. Só quero ver se vão honrar o compromisso de venda, porque o produto ta pago. Proximo passo irei ao Procon.
Bad store, I supposedly bought a blender for this store through the Americanas stores website and it has been over 2 weeks since they sent me and not even issued the NF, I complained in all possible channels and I have not received a return. I just want to see if they will honor the sales commitment, because the product is paid for. Next step I will go to Procon.
