★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de sair desta loja onde liguei e falei com o Emerson pela manha dizendo que iria ver o carro apos o almoço, acabo de sair da loja muito mal atendido por outro vendedor dizendo que nao podia vender o carro porque outra pessoa vinha ver, depois de explicar que já tinha ligado e logo cedo dizendo que iria comprar o carro o mesmo disse que "eles não precisam de dinheiro".
I just left this store where I called and talked to Emerson in the morning saying that I would see the car after lunch, I just left the store very badly attended by another salesman saying he could not sell the car because someone else came to see after explain that they had already called and soon saying that they would buy the car the same said "they do not need money".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento. Km que me falaram era diferente. O negócio não seria interessante para mim, pois agências assim buscam comprar qdo a pessoa está no desespero. Cada um tem que ver o que é melhor para si. Mas foram muito atenciosos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a compra de um veículo recentemente nesta agencia, e que infelizmente não estava dentro das condições de uso, pois havia diversos problemas (15 reparos), e a agencia justificou que o veículo tinha muitos anos de uso. Não se preocuparam com o cliente em nenhum momento. Considero como grave um dos problemas, porque poderia causar um acidente aos usuários do carro.
Não esclarecem todos os passos para a aquisição do veículo, como documentação, obrigando o comprador a pagar pelo serviço, e nem mesmo fazem o que deveriam para entregar o documento em mãos.
Aos que compram veículos usados, saibam que é de responsabilidade da agencia dar garantia total do veículo, não só de motor e cambio. (Consultem PROCON)
O vendedor despreparado tomou o lado da agencia sem nem mesmo saber dos direitos do comprador, sendo sínico e também desaforado (infelizmente este é o tipo de serviço que temos, de uma pessoa ignorante e despreparada). Embora tenha conseguido devolver o veículo e receber o dinheiro de volta, fui maltratado pelo vendedor, e o dono (presente no momento) foi conivente, pois nem mesmo censurou o funcionário que já não mais me considerava como cliente. Rebaixou-me dizendo que o veículo era de pouco valor, e que seria fácil devolver o dinheiro , além disso, disse que eu havia dado uma volta no veículo e fechei o negócio sem ter direito de reclamar dos problemas que me passaram ( ao meu ver venderam o veículo mesmo sabendo dos problemas). Mesmo pontuando todos os problemas do veículo, este vendedor me intimou, querendo que devolvesse o mais rápido possível à loja porque já havia outro comprador.... Desculpe achei esta atitude muito irresponsável!!! Não citarei marca/modelo do veículo, nem nomes, para preservar o futuro comprador, e tomara que não tenha nenhum problema ou acidente.
Aos próximos que tentarem fazer negócio, cuidado!!!
I purchased a vehicle recently at this agency, and unfortunately it was not within the conditions of use, as there were several problems (15 repairs), and the agency justified that the vehicle had many years of use. They didn't care about the customer at any time. I consider one of the problems as serious, because it could cause an accident to car users.
They do not clarify all the steps for the purchase of the vehicle, such as documentation, forcing the buyer to pay for the service, and they do not even do what they should to deliver the document by hand.
To those who buy used vehicles, know that it is the agency's responsibility to give full guarantee of the vehicle, not only with engine and exchange. (Consult PROCON)
The unprepared seller took the side of the agency without even knowing the buyer's rights, being sinful and also unashamed (unfortunately this is the type of service we have, from an ignorant and unprepared person). Although I managed to return the vehicle and get the money back, I was mistreated by the seller, and the owner (present at the time) was complicit, as he didn't even censor the employee who no longer considered me as a customer. He demeaned me saying that the vehicle was of little value, and that it would be easy to return the money, moreover, he said that I had gone for a ride on the vehicle and closed the deal without having the right to complain about the problems that I had (in my opinion) sold the vehicle even though they knew the problems). Even punctuating all the problems of the vehicle, this seller intimidated me, wanting me to return to the store as soon as possible because there was already another buyer .... Sorry I found this attitude very irresponsible !!! I will not cite the make / model of the vehicle, nor names, to preserve the future buyer, and I hope he does not have any problems or accidents.
To those who try to do business, be careful !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedores desinteressados no atendimento. No anúncio falam: "venham negociar com agente" e quando chega lá não tem nenhuma negociação, mesmo o pagamento sendo a vista. Falam q o preço é esse, pois no dia seguinte irá subir... Enfim, NÃO INDICO!
Sellers uninterested in service. In the ad they say: "come to negotiate with the agent" and when you get there, there is no negotiation, even if the payment is made in cash. They say the price is this, because the next day it will go up... Anyway, I DO NOT INDICATE!
