★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anunciam imóveis alugados conscientemente. Visitei um imóvel por conta própria, ao chegar me deparei com um comércio sendo instalado sendo que o anúncio no olx tinha apenas dois dias. Liguei e recebi a informação de que a loja de fato estava alugada. Hoje uns 4 dias depois refizeram o anúncio. Não há de se alegar desconhecimento pois sei que a proprietária do imóvel trabalha nesta imobiliária. Trabalhar direito conquista mais clientes do que anunciar imóveis alugados.
They consciously advertise rental properties. I visited a property on my own, when I arrived I came across a trade being installed and the ad on olx had only two days. I called and received information that the store was indeed leased. Today, about 4 days later, they redid the ad. There is no need to claim ignorance because I know that the owner of the property works in this real estate agency. Working right wins more clients than advertising rental properties.
