★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pra saber o valor da lavagem pro meu carro, primeiro desligou na minha cara, depois chamei duas vezes ficavam desligando, ai na terceira vez me atenderam e disseram que não dalavam preço da lavagem por telefone.
Como se fosse adiantar eu ir lá perguntar o preço pra adquirir o serviço deles. Se eu não gostar do valor vou escolher outro lugar indo lá ou por telefone.
Mas depois dessa, agora que não vou mesmo.

O funcionário anotou o meu telefone errado, com isso não conseguiu me contatar para avisar que o carro estava pronto, foram embora e fecharam a loja com o meu carro dentro. Liguei para a proprietária que desligou o telefone na minha cara por duas vezes! Precisei ameaçar chamar a polícia para que o meu problema fosse solucionado. Uma pena que em meio a esta crise ainda existam pessoas se lixando para o cliente... Procurarei outro serviço!
Detalhe que quando pedi um orçamento para a dona pelo wpp ela me passou um valor e chegando lá o valor era outro (mais barato), ou seja, não tem nem organização!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei a lavagem muito ruim, mesmo a lavagem com cera de R$ 50,00 o carro ainda saiu sujo.
Tinha fezes de passarinho na parte de baixo do para-choque que simplesmente não limparam, o porta malas sequer foi limpo, esqueceram de limpar.
Não lavam motor, não aceitam cartão de crédito.
Eu não indico.

Meu carro tinha qse 1kg de areia e eles deixaram com cara de zero! Kkkk
Recomendo de olhos fechados!
I moved to João Pessoa 3 months ago and I was right in choosing the car wash. Punctual, capricious, various forms of payment, fair price!
My car had qse 1kg of sand and they left it looking like zero! Hahahaha
I recommend with eyes closed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente quebraram a tampa da tomada do reboque da minha camionete, jogaram a tampa quebrada no porta moedas e não me disseram nada. Fiquei sabendo quando cheguei em casa e percebi a tampa quebrada lá.
A tela da multimídia estava completamente manchada de branco, impossível de ver a tela, parecia que tinham passado um produto e não limparam depois.
O console central da minha comionete é branco, estava completamente empoeirado depois do serviço, passei um pano e saiu preto.
Pra ser o um dos serviços mais caros do bairro ta devendo muita qualidade. Costumo ir em um de 35 reais aqui no bessa mesmo que deu de 10 a 0 na qualidade do serviço.
Sem contar a conduta dos funcionários: chegou um vendedor ambulante pedindo água e ignoraram o cara deixando ele falando sozinho.
(Uma grande ironia considerando que só toca musica gospel no som ambiente).
First they broke my van's trailer jack cover, threw the broken cover in the coin purse and didn't say anything. I found out when I got home and noticed the broken lid there.
The multimedia screen was completely smeared with white, impossible to see the screen, it looked like they had passed a product and not cleaned it afterwards.
The center console of my van is white, it was completely dusty after service, I wiped it on and it came out black.
To be one of the most expensive services in the neighborhood, it owes a lot of quality. I usually go for a 35 reais one here at bessa even though it gave 10 to 0 in the quality of service.
Not to mention the behavior of the employees: a street vendor arrived asking for water and they ignored the guy leaving him talking to himself.
(A big irony considering it only plays gospel music in the background).
