Porém a área de mídias sociais é péssima !!!! Adquiri o mousse e a esponja e olhando na página do Instagram, vi que todos produtos vinham embalados. Fui questionar o pq meus produtos vieram sem caixa ou embalagem lacrada.
A pessoa q me respondeu via mídias sociais, me tratou rispidamnete, com poucas palavras. Sabem, me senti péssima com essa atitude. Apenas questionei o pq de não ter vindo embalado???
Depois de muito insistir, consegui uma resposta curta e seca de que o produto escolhido não tinha caixa.
Vocês deveriam analisar e dar um curso para quem cuida da área, pois somos clientes e a satisfação é um ponto muito positivo, para podermos indicar as amigas.
Como vou indicar um produto q apesar de ser maravilhoso e cumprir realmente o q promete, se a área do pós em redes sociais é péssima. Te trata como nada !!!!!
