★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem se incomodem em tentar fazer negócios, enviamos uma mensagem referente a um imóvel, confirmamos o valor de venda com um corretor e no dia da visita, fomos surpreendidos com uma "suspensão" de venda do imóvel, para depois descobrir que aumentaram o valor em 100k. Ou seja, de profissional, a Betesda não tem nada, manipulam o consumidor, mentem e enganam para tentar levar vantagem. Espero que estejam preparados para as consequencias de enganar o consumidor.
They don't even bother trying to do business, we send a message regarding a property, we confirm the sale price with a broker and on the day of the visit, we were surprised with a "suspension" of the sale of the property, only to discover that the value increased in 100k. In other words, as a professional, Bethesda has nothing, they manipulate the consumer, lie and cheat to try to take advantage. I hope you are prepared for the consequences of deceiving the consumer.
