★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom produto, bem localizado, loja bonita, mas fui mal atendida. Fiquei horas esperando um ajuste na minha fantasia, sendo que eu cheguei antes, mas a proprietária preferiu atender quem era mais branco e rico. No final desisti e fui embora. Atendimento péssimo.
Good product, well located, beautiful store, but I was poorly attended. I spent hours waiting for an adjustment in my fantasy, being that I arrived before, but the owner preferred to attend who was whiter and richer. In the end I gave up and left. Lousy service.

O telefone fixo ninguém atende, infelizmente, eu tive que vir in loco para ouvir pessoalmente que não cumpriram com o prazo novamente. Não recomendo. PS: paguei pelo servico/produto em dezembro e em Janeiro, no dia do evento, o produto ainda não está finalizado.
Company very deficient in terms of meeting deadlines. In this regard, it was well below average. No one answers the landline, unfortunately, I had to come on site to hear in person that they didn't meet the deadline again. I do not recommend. PS: I paid for the service/product in December and in January, on the day of the event, the product is not yet finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Não atendem telefone, não respondem as mensagens. Tratam os clientes mal. Uniformes caros e mal feitos, com costuras soltando, mal acabados. Exigem pagamento adiantado e não cumprem o prazo de entrega. Umas das piores empresas que tive o desprazer de ser obrigada a comprar lá. Uma dica as escolas: não coloquem os uniformes para serem feitos nesse local.
Terrible service! They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to messages. They treat customers badly. Expensive and poorly made uniforms, with loose seams, poorly finished. They demand payment in advance and do not meet the deadline for delivery. One of the worst companies I've had the displeasure of being forced to buy from there. A tip for schools: don't put your uniforms to be made there.
