★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somos uma empresa do ramo de fertilizantes situada no Paraná, montamos uma segunda linha de envase, precisávamos de uma INK JET pesquisamos e chegamos a ZANASI 4500, o representante local AUTOAPCK, veio apresentou o equipamento, gostamos e compramos, MAS O QUE ACONTECEU? Desde a primeira semana o equipamento apresentou falha, e até hoje não foi resolvido ( já faz 1ano e meio ), representante joga pra Betim, Betim para o representante e nada. Não quero saber de quem é a culpa, só quero o que foi combinado. Aliás, nosso investimento de volta.
We are a fertilizer company located in Paraná, we set up a second filling line, we needed an INK JET we researched and we arrived at ZANASI 4500, the local AUTOAPCK representative, came introduced the equipment, we liked it and bought it, BUT WHAT HAPPENED? Since the first week the equipment has failed, and until today has not been resolved (already 1 and a half years), representative plays for Betim, Betim for the representative and nothing. I don't care whose fault it is, I just want what was agreed. By the way, our investment back.
