On delivery it was punctual but on the date of the assembly it was terrible I waited on the scheduled day and nothing mounted I lost a day.

My experience was and still remains terrible, because saleswoman Alexsandra guaranteed me a date for the assembly of my furniture and so far nothing, doesn't answer the phone and I can't find the store open, I'll be making my last attempt tomorrow, if I don't succeed I'll be calling the competent bodies ???????????????????????????

Tive uma necessidade de comprar uma cabeceira de cama estofada liguei para a loja de paripe onde uma funcionária de nome Patrícia mim atendeu com uma educação e gentileza que pena que ela mim informou que não tinha a cabeceira da cama. Mais fiquei feliz pela sua atenção e gentileza em mim atender.
I never bought Beto furniture. More today 07/21/2020. I had a need to buy an upholstered headboard. I called the paripe shop where an employee named Patrícia attended me with an education and kindness. Too bad she informed me that she didn't have the headboard. Most I was happy for your attention and kindness in me to attend.
