★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cortei o cabelo algumas vezes e gostei muito do profissional, mas, agora na última vez, mesmo tendo marcado um horário (detesto esperar em salão), me deixaram uma hora esperando para me dizer que ainda demoraria mais uma hora para ser atendida. Uma completa falta de respeito! Não volto mais lá de jeito nenhum. Não vou dar meu dinheiro a quem não tem um pingo de consideração com alguém que está PAGANDO (e não barato) por um serviço.
Se não têm condições de trabalhar com hora marcada, avisem aos clientes que é por horário de chegada: é bem mais honesto e a pessoa não chegaria lá enganada.
I cut my hair a few times and I liked the professional a lot, but now, last time, even though I made an appointment (I hate to wait in the salon), they left me an hour waiting to tell me that it would take another hour to be seen. A complete lack of respect! I'm not going back there at all. I'm not going to give my money to anyone who doesn't have an ounce of consideration for someone who is PAYING (and not cheap) for a service.
If you are unable to work by appointment, let your customers know that it is by arrival time: it is much more honest and the person would not get there mistakenly.

Deixo aqui essa ressalva nao vao la proximo do encerramento pous podem ter a mesma sorte. Salvaguardo nao sao todas as profissionais mas a minha esposa teve o azar de escolher mal
Clean and welcoming place. However, some of the employees when they are close to finishing their shift are not professionals and finish the job as if we were not paying for it.
I leave this caveat here, do not go there near the end because you may have the same luck. Safeguarding are not all professionals, but my wife had the misfortune of choosing badly
