Meu questionamento e sobre o cancelamento de nota e a falta de entrega dos produtos. O Sr Roberto explicou , entendi mas a empresa tem que verificar uma forma de está atendendo aos cliente, quando o caminhão não conseguir entregar a mercadoria, não seja cancelado a nota e sim entregue, no outro dia pois contamos essa mercadoria . não e vantagem que a nota seja cancelada. e sim entregue como compromisso.
The attendants Beatriz very helpful the collaborators Matheus , Vania Derlon , Jonathan were very helpful. My question is about the cancellation of the invoice and the non-delivery of the products. Mr Roberto explained, I understand, but the company has to check a way of serving the customer, when the truck is not able to deliver the goods, the invoice is not canceled but delivered, the next day because we count these goods. it is not an advantage that the note is cancelled. and yes delivered as a commitment.
