Em sua maioria, os próprios proprietários usufruem dos apartamentos. Algumas famílias moram no condomínio.
O restaurante tem pratos deliciosos e preço acessível. Não experimentei o café da manhã deles. Não sei ao certo se ainda servem.
A praia fica bem pertinho, mas é cansativo ir à pé. Praia das Dunas. Mesma praia do Beach Park, mas sem estrutura nessa área, apenas um bar do próprio Beach Park que é vinculado a um hotel deles, mas aberto ao público. Não, não é próximo do Beach Park. Precisa de carro pra se deslocar. É incrível o número de famílias nessa praia no final da tarde. Uma delícia de ver e vivenciar.
 The condo is extremely organized. The staff are attentive and willing to help.
For the most part, the owners themselves use the apartments. Some families live in the condominium.
The restaurant has delicious dishes and affordable prices. I didn't try their breakfast. I'm not sure if they still work.
The beach is very close, but it is tiring to walk. Dune Beach. Same beach as Beach Park, but without structure in this area, just a bar in Beach Park itself, which is linked to their hotel, but open to the public. No, it's not close to Beach Park. Need a car to get around. The number of families on this beach in the late afternoon is incredible. A delight to see and experience.

Very beautiful place, for those who go with family or friends. Restaurant is next to the pools and the structure of the apartments are excellent!
