★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na recepção muito ruim, o rapaz da recepção foi grosso ao explicar como inserir o cartão para sair do prédio, não só comigo, mas com outro senhor que saia do prédio também. Isso é inadmissível.
The reception was very bad, the guy at the reception was rude when explaining how to insert the card to leave the building, not only with me, but with another gentleman who left the building as well. That is inadmissible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da portaria é péssimo, o rapaz que estava atendendo na portaria dia 16 de fevereiro de 2021, às 16:20, foi rude ao ensinar como usar o cartão de acesso. Como pode um prédio bem localizado, com excelentes profissionais ter um atendimento tão ruim logo na recepção?
The attendance at the reception is terrible, the boy who was attending at the reception on February 16, 2021, at 16:20, was rude when teaching how to use the access card. How can a well located building, with excellent professionals, have such bad service right at the reception?
