★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ( Cida ),sem respeito algum com o cliente.Não aceitam contestação do contrato cheio de clausulas abusivas.Não fazem a vistoria antes de assinar o contrato.Desistiram de alugar o imóvel qdo foram contestados.Falta de profissionalismo.Lamentável,não indico pra ninguém.
Bad service (Cida), with no respect whatsoever with the customer. They do not accept contestation of the contract full of abusive clauses. They do not inspect the property before signing the contract. They gave up renting the property when they were challenged. Lack of professionalism. for nobody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior imobiliária de toda a Baixada Santista. Simplesmente não conseguem realizar um mero atendimento com qualidade. Você liga no telefone fixo (os corretores não usam app de mensagem) e tem que rezar pra ter sorte de falar com o corretor. A má vontade em atender é imensa. Não se profissionalizaram no atendimento ao cliente, estão vivendo na idade da pedra em termos de tecnologia. O proprietário de imóvel que anunciar qualquer coisa com eles é simplesmente doido, vai ficar com o imóvel parado por um bom tempo. Péssimo negócio pra o locatário e pra o proprietário. Desaconselho qualquer pessoa a fechar negócio com eles.
Worst real estate in the entire Baixada Santista. They simply cannot provide a mere quality service. You call on your landline (the brokers don't use the messaging app) and you have to pray that you're lucky to talk to the broker. The unwillingness to attend is immense. They haven't become professional in customer service, they're living in the stone age in terms of technology. The property owner who advertises anything with them is simply crazy, he will have the property stopped for a long time. Bad deal for the tenant and the owner. I advise anyone to do business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim por telefone, falta de interesse em ajudar na locação, pra conseguir atendimento por telefone é um sacrifício e qd consegue não tem interesse nenhum em te atender.
