★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim o atendimento por telefone, além da demora na espera por uma ligação, quando atendem a ligação o vendedor não passa a informação pra o cliente caso você for cliente de outro vendedor. Desnecessário isso pois tem que pensar no cliente e não em quem atende quem, péssimo isso.
