No dia que iria colocar o equipamento, liguei novamente pra saber se havia disponibilidade de horário e, ao perguntar o valor novamente, informaram que além do valor que haviam me dito, tinha que pagar pela instalação elétrica. Ou, seja, passaram o valor incompleto do equipamento. Imagina se não confirmo antes de instalar o produto. Lógico que se tornou inviável e tive que instalar em outro estabelecimento.
Incomplete information. I called and was informed of a value. On the day I was going to install the equipment, I called again to find out if there was time available and, when I asked the value again, they informed that in addition to the amount they had told me, I had to pay for the electrical installation. That is, they passed the incomplete value of the equipment. Imagine if I don't confirm it before installing the product. Of course it became unfeasible and I had to install it in another establishment.
