★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaco esta muito apertado, equipamentos quase sem espaço ebtre si, muitos equipamentos sem cuidado ou manutenção, ferrugem aparente e equipamntos com defeito a meses. Ja foi uma boa academia, hoje ta muito mal cuidada.
 The space is very tight, equipment almost without space between itself, a lot of equipment without care or maintenance, apparent rust and equipment with defect for months. It used to be a good gym, now it's very poorly maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu que sempre detestei clima de academia , amo essa! Equipe super acolhedora, sala de musculação super equipada, aulas coletivas maravilhosas! A instrutora Katia que dá várias aulas coletivas, tem uma energia surreal de maravilhosa, a gente sai de lá pronto pra mais um dia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malho há aproximadamente 5 anos na academia e, nos primórdios, até poderia se dizer que era uma boa academia, mas agora, em comparação a outras que oferecem muito mais, é uma academia péssima. Mensalidade altíssima para a qualidade de aparelhos que oferecem, não tem álcool devidamente distribuído na academia para limpeza, toda vez que chove a academia fica gotejando em todo canto, academia excessivamente cheia por volta das 18, aparelhos sempre em manutenção por longos períodos sem utilização ou agarrando por ausência de lubrificação e, pra finalizar, higienização inadequada, uma vez que os espelhos da academia são nojentos de tão sujos.
I've been working out at the gym for about 5 years and, in the early days, you could even say it was a good gym, but now, compared to others that offer much more, it's a terrible gym. Very high monthly fee for the quality of equipment they offer, there is no alcohol properly distributed in the gym for cleaning, every time it rains the gym is dripping everywhere, gym excessively full around 6 pm, equipment always in maintenance for long periods without use or gripping due to lack of lubrication and, finally, inadequate hygiene, since the gym mirrors are disgustingly dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota 0 . Me matriculei no plano de 6 messes como não moro mais aqui iria ficar somente 3 meses Levei minha irmã para ela também se matricular .. passei os meses restantes para ela . Minha irmã em 3 meses foi 4 x . Não gosta de academia … o plano dela está parado . Mudaram minha passagem pela guerra que está acontecendo na Ucrânia e ficarei aqui até junho . fui na recepção e pedi a devolução dos meses que foi dado a minha irmã . Meu pedido foi negado .. é inacreditável… preferem perder cliente do que serem honestos . Só pedi de volta o que era meu . Não mais .
Por esse comportamento pouco profissional minha nota e 0
Agora tenho que achar outro lugar para treinar porque o que eu paguei a academia pegou para ela .
Note 0 . I signed up for the 6 month plan as I don't live here anymore I would only stay 3 months I took my sister so she could also enroll .. I spent the remaining months with her. My sister in 3 months went 4 x . Doesn't like the gym… her plan is on hold. My passage has been changed by the war that is happening in Ukraine and I will stay here until June. I went to the reception and asked for the return of the months that my sister was given. My request was denied.. it's unbelievable… they'd rather lose customers than be honest. I only asked for back what was mine. No longer .
For this unprofessional behavior my grade is 0
Now I have to find another place to train because what I paid for, the gym took it for her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço bagunçado, time interno mais bagunçado ainda. Recepção não resolve nada os supostos gerentes resolvem menos ainda. Cuidado, tentam te ganhar pelo cansaço. Mudaram o funcionamento da academia sem dar o devido crédito de tempo. Não abre mais domingo e azar o seu que pagou por isso. Feliz de ter suportado até o fim do meu plano, mas prejuízo garantido se fosse pensar em sair antes.
Messy space, even messier internal team. Reception doesn't solve anything the supposed managers solve even less. Be careful, they try to win you over by being tired. They changed the operation of the gym without giving due credit for time. It doesn't open on Sunday anymore and your bad luck you paid for it. Happy to have endured until the end of my plan, but damage guaranteed if I thought of leaving sooner.

E desde a reabertura da academia após a pandemia, a academia se encontra imunda, com falta de borrifadores e papel para limpeza dos aparelhos no salão de musculação. Já fizemos várias reclamações na recepção, onde nossas reclamações são ignoradas. Fiz o cancelamento do meu plano anual devido às péssimas condições citadas acima, e mesmo assim se a acham o direito de cobrar uma taxa de rescisão de contrato. “não é pelo valor” e sim pela falta de respeito ao aluno.

We have already made several complaints at reception, where our complaints are ignored. I canceled my annual plan due to the bad conditions mentioned above, and even then they think they are entitled to charge a contract termination fee. “it's not because of the value” but because of the lack of respect for the student.
