★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atualização: Eles enviaram um toner novo e estão sempre disponíveis pra qualquer problema futuro que a impressora possa ter. Minha máquina está funcionando perfeitamente.
O serviço foi feito, mas sob muito estresse. Minha loja precisava da impressora rápido e meio que se recusaram a mandar de volta, ficaram 3 dias segurando, depois de pedirmos que devolvessem. Fizeram um segundo orçamento e, por precisar do conserto rápido, aceitamos. Levaram mais 3 dias pra consertar e devolver, sendo que disseram que enviariam a impressora no dia anterior "sem falta". Além disso, enviamos a impressora com um toner recém aberto da caixa e voltou com 6% da carga total.
Update: They shipped new toner and are always available for any future issues the printer may have. My machine is working perfectly.
The service was done, but under a lot of stress. My store needed the printer fast and they kind of refused to send it back, they held it for 3 days after we asked them to return it. They made a second quote and, as we needed the quick fix, we accepted. It took another 3 days to fix and return it, and they said they would ship the printer the day before "without fail". Also, we shipped the printer with a toner freshly opened from the box and it came back with 6% full charge.

They were careful to pick it up at my house, pass the quote quickly and I authorized the service in which it was ready quickly.
And they even returned it to my house all packed, all that free shipping!
They were very honest in analyzing the parts problem, generating the best cost for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não aprovei o orçamento e solicitei a devolução da impressora no meu endereço. Mas a empresa, marca de devolver e não devolve. Estou ha mais quinze dias esperando a devolução e nada... Após certa insistência a impressora foi devolvida, mas eu não voltaria a fazer negócio com essa empresa. Essa empresa não é confiável! ....
A empresa, após ver esse comentário, meses depois do fato, entrou em contato comigo pedindo desculpas e me pediu para apagar essa postagem.
I did not approve the quote and requested the return of the printer to my address. But the company, mark to return and does not return. I've been waiting for another fifteen days for the return and nothing... After some insistence the printer was returned, but I would not do business with this company again. This company is not to be trusted! ....
The company, after seeing this comment, months after the fact, contacted me apologizing and asked me to delete this post.
