★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência!!! Atraso não entrega, o pedido chegou sem molho, sem palito.. Qdo fui questionar, falaram que era cobrado e não fizeram questão de resolver. Ao tentar fazer o pedido complementar, me exigiram pedido mínimo de 40 Reais. Não recomendo!!

No iffood as ( os) atendes do chat são totalmente sem noção.
Não olham os endereços direito pra entregar,atrasam demais,são grossos.
Só decepção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no restaurante presencialmente e fui extremamente mal atendida pelo atendente Felipe. Estou extremamente chateada, a humilhação foi tanta que tive vontade de chorar! Chamei minha família para sentar no restaurante e chegando aí pedi um combo de 80 peças, Felipe disse que 80 peças era somente pelo iFood, informei que queria comer no restaurante pois estava trazendo a família. O mesmo repetiu a mesma informação como se eu não tivesse ouvido, questionei sobre realmente não poder comer no local, e ele achou que eu queria pedir 80 peças por 1 real, sendo que em momento algum eu disse isso a ele. Inclusive disse que se eu quisesse comer la era apenas se o pedido fosse acima de 250 reais. Ficou discutindo comigo e em momento algum pensou em me ajudar e me indicar um combo ou algo assim, ficou somente informando que era só ifood, sendo que já comi presencialmente VÁRIAS vezes. Fico muito triste pois sempre vim aqui e sempre indiquei e não indicarei mais! No fim fui embora, pois o mesmo disse que não queria me atender! Profissional precisa urgentemente de treinamento para lidar com pessoas!
Se não é pra comer no local pra que as mesas? Atendimento foi todo em pé, a moça que atendia sempre foi bem atenciosa, mas esse Felipe conseguiu estragar todas as expectativas, não deveria lidar com clientes presencialmente!

He even said that if I wanted to eat there, it was only if the order was over 250 reais. He was arguing with me and at no time did he think about helping me and recommending me a combo or something, he just kept saying that it was just ifood, and I've eaten in person SEVERAL times. I'm very sad because I've always come here and I've always recommended it and I won't recommend it again! In the end I left, because he said he didn't want to meet me! Professional urgently needs training to deal with people!
If you can't eat on site, why the tables? Service was all standing up, the girl who attended was always very attentive, but this Felipe managed to spoil all expectations, he shouldn't deal with customers in person!

Além de horrível. Demora e chega tudo revirado.
The sushi came like scrambled. All overturned... and it took more than two hours for delivery.
