★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 23/05/2022 levei minha moto recém adquirida F800GS 2017 para uma revisão na BH MOTORACING. No primeiro contato via WhatsApp fui muito bem atendido pela Carol, que me explicou direitinho tudo que seria feito na revisão, mas como sou um cliente chato ( rsrs ) questionei mais um pouquinho sobre a revisão, e ela prontamente me respondeu com muita educação e paciência. Chegando na loja fui atendido pelo Manolo, onde a Carol passou tudo que eu já havia conversado con ela para ele. Passando a tratar com o Manolo fui muito bem atendido novamente. Durante a revisão ele foi me mandando fotos e todos os detalhes que estava sendo feito na moto. Nunca havia sido atendido desse maneira, o Manolo me passou muita confiança e segurança, na revisão foi usado tudo da melhor qualidade, ele me passou também algumas características da moto, pois como é minha primeira bmw eu não sabia de tal características. Após a revisão o Manolo foi muito paciente de tirar minhas dúvidas por WhatsApp. A BH MOTORACING está de parabéns. Com certeza vou retornar quando eu precisar de novos serviços para minha moto. Depois da revisão minha moto saiu impecável. Parece outra moto. Obrigado BH MOTORACING por cuidar tão bem da minha moto. Na realidade não estavam cuidado da minha moto, estavam cuidando do meu sonho realizado. Eu vou recomendar à todos meus conhecidos.
 On the 23/05/2022 I took my newly acquired F800GS 2017 motorcycle for a review at BH MOTORACING. In the first contact via WhatsApp I was very well attended by Carol, who explained everything that would be done in the review, but as I am a boring customer (lol) I questioned a little more about the review, and she promptly replied with great politeness and patience . Arriving at the store, I was attended by Manolo, where Carol shared everything I had already talked to her about. Starting to deal with Manolo I was very well attended again. During the review he was sending me photos and all the details that was being done on the bike. I had never been treated this way, Manolo gave me a lot of confidence and security, in the revision everything was used of the best quality, he also gave me some characteristics of the bike, because as it is my first bmw I didn't know about such characteristics. After the review, Manolo was very patient in answering my questions via WhatsApp. BH MOTORACING is to be congratulated. I will definitely return when I need new services for my bike. After the overhaul my bike came out immaculate. It looks like another motorcycle. Thank you BH MOTORACING for taking such good care of my bike. In reality they weren't taking care of my bike, they were taking care of my dream come true. I will recommend it to all my acquaintances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço horrível - quando levei a essa oficina já sabia que os valores eram maiores que outras oficinas mas com a expectativa de ter um atendimento diferenciado, até para justificar tais valores...pois bem, levei minha moto a @bhmotoracing pois a luz de Serviço estava acesa ; ao chegar fui indicado a trocar apenas o óleo e filtro pois recentemente já havia feito uma revisão. Precisei trocar a pastilha de freio também e até aí tudo ok. Na hora de retirar me deparo com a nota onde me cobrava, mão de obra pra troca de pastilhas, mão de obra para troca de óleo E MAO DE OBRA PARA PASSAR O RASTREADOR E RETIRAR DO PAINEL A LUZ DE SERVIÇO! Nem sequer lavaram a moto após a troca do óleo ou engraxaram a corrente! Paguei por serviço Premium, a vista, recebi serviço pior que de oficina da av.amazonas. Não volto
Horrible service - when I took it to this workshop I already knew that the values were higher than other workshops but with the expectation of having a differentiated service, even to justify such values... well, I took my bike to @bhmotoracing because the Service light was lit; when I arrived I was told to change only the oil and filter because I had recently done a review. I had to change the brake pads too and so far so good. At the time of withdrawing, I come across the bill where I was charged, labor to change the pads, labor to change the oil AND LABOR TO PASS THE TRACKER AND REMOVE THE SERVICE LIGHT FROM THE PANEL! They didn't even wash the bike after changing the oil or grease the chain! I paid for premium service, cash, I received worse service than av.amazonas workshop. I'm not coming back
