★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Sem qualquer padrão para avaliar os reparos no automóvel. Absurdo de caro! Sem contar a falta de ética para avaliar seus serviços. (Os.preços são de acordo com a cara do cliente). Fiz um orçamento nessa oficina ficou 300% mais caro que outras consultadas. Sem contar a sensação de palhaço que saí desse esbelecimento. PÉSSIMO!
Terrible attendance. Without any standard for evaluating car repairs. Absurd of expensive! Not to mention the lack of ethics to evaluate their services. (The prices are according to the customer's face). I made a budget in this workshop was 300% more expensive than others consulted. Not to mention the feeling of clown that came out of that sliminess. TERRIBLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marco 1 estrela pois não tem como avaliar menos, meu carro foi levado de reboque, ficou 1 semana para vistoria, depois me falaram que o carro seria perda total. Fui até esta "oficina" para retirar meu objetos pessoais e para a minha surpresa havia sumido tudo. O responsável, um tal de Fernando veio me questionar se eu estava chamando eles de ladrões e eu disse que não nomeei ninguém más que minhas coisas e haviam sumido só isso... um despreparado que não sabe lidar com cliente. Fica a dica! esse é o nível desta "oficina".
I got a 1 star rating because there is no way to evaluate it less, my car was towed away, stayed for 1 week for inspection, then I was told that the car would be a total loss. I went to this "workshop" to remove my personal belongings and to my surprise everything was gone. The person in charge, one Fernando came to ask me if I was calling them thieves and I said that I didn't name anyone worse than my things and that was all that was gone ... an unprepared person who doesn't know how to deal with clients. Here's the tip! this is the level of this "workshop".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avalio com 5 estrelas, mas gostaria de avaliar com 10 estrelas. Meu carro quebrou em Poços de Caldas e estávamos em viagem. Mandei o carro pra BH Motors e eles foram super competentes. Desde o primeiro contato ja me passaram uma segurança de que eram uma oficina seria. Achei que o problema do meu carro seria junta do cabeçote queimada e eles por exclusão chegaram a conclusão q o problema seria somente a tampa do reservatório de agua. Fiquei muito satisfeito pois eles mostraram o real problema e não ficaram arrumando outros problemas para ganhar dinheiro. Gostaria que toadas oficinas e profissionais fossem como eles.
Profissionais qualificados e de extrema competência. Obrigado a todos da oficina em especial o Fernando.
I rate it with 5 stars, but I would like to rate it with 10 stars. My car broke down in Poços de Caldas and we were traveling. I sent the car to BH Motors and they were super competent. Since the first contact, I was already assured that they were a serious workshop. I thought that the problem with my car would be a burnt head gasket and by exclusion they came to the conclusion that the problem would be only the water tank cap. I was very pleased because they showed the real problem and were not getting other problems to make money. I would like all workshops and professionals to be like them.
Qualified and extremely competent professionals. Thanks to everyone at the workshop, especially Fernando.

Falta de respeito total com o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrível pintura com vários tipos de defeito pior q amador me entregaram o carro sem funcionar e já iam me fazer comprar uma bomba de combustível sendo q o carro estava sem combustível as portas traseiras e acabamentos saíram sem funcionamento correto muito triste e tirei o veículo de lá pois cada vez q ficava aparecia mais falhas e defeitos no carro até hoje fico muito desapontado com a prestação do serviço muito ruim
horrible paint job with various types of defect worse than the amateur they gave me the car without working and they were going to make me buy a fuel pump when the car was without fuel the rear doors and finishes didn't work correctly, very sad and I took the vehicle away because every time it was, there were more faults and defects in the car until today I am very disappointed with the very poor service provided.
