â â â â â Fiz tratamento durante dois anos e sempre fui muito bem atendida, mas depois que meu tratamento acabou, a questĂŁo nĂŁo Ă© a mesma. Usei aparelho bastante tempo, passei por procedimento cirĂșrgico e nĂŁo resolveram meu problema e quando tentamos entrar em contato, eles nĂŁo respondem via WhatsApp, se tem essa opção de atendimento, seria dever do responsĂĄvel responder. Fiquei super insatisfeita e chateada por ter feito um investimento por anos e nĂŁo ter o resultado que eu buscava. Tive que procurar outra equipe para poder solucionar meu problema. O tempo que fui paciente, sempre fui muito bem tratada, mas depois, o descaso Ă© imenso. E nĂŁo tem tr a meses que fiz a retirada do aparelho, para o problema voltar todo.

I used the device for a long time, I underwent a surgical procedure and did not solve my problem and when we try to contact them, they do not respond via WhatsApp, if you have this service option, it would be the duty of the person in charge to respond. I was super dissatisfied and upset for having made an investment for years and not having the result I was looking for. I had to look for another team to be able to solve my problem. The time I was patient, I was always treated very well, but then, the neglect is immense. And it was not three months since I removed the device, for the problem to come back.
