Sempre fui bem atendida, inclusive quando visitava a loja e acabava não comprando. Em minha penúltima visita, comprei um tênis escolar que precisou ser trocado. Voltei, então, à loja e fui muito bem recebida, como sempre. Agradeço a todas as vendedoras, mas, especialmente à GERENTE NINA, que me atendeu prontamente e não mediu esforços para que eu saísse de lá satisfeita e com minha situação resolvida. Obrigada, NINA!
I congratulate Loja Bibi of Shopping Tijuca, not only for the beauty and quality of the shoes, but especially for its professional team. I was always well attended, even when I visited the store and ended up not buying. On my penultimate visit, I bought a school shoe that needed to be changed. I then returned to the store and was very well received, as always. Thanks to all the saleswomen, but especially to MANAGER NINA, who answered me promptly and made no effort to get me out satisfied and my situation resolved. Thank you, NINA!
