★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom espaço para estudar. O acervo não é grande coisa (além de ser bem desatualizado em alguns temas), mas o ambiente é interessante para estudar. Muitas mesas, cadeiras confortáveis, climatização e, de modo geral, os frequentadores respeitam o silêncio que o ambiente exige. Há serviço de guarda volumes e um espaço para crianças. As cabines de estudo, apesar da recente reforma, já apresentam problemas como portas sem fechadura e tomadas (elétrica e de rede) com mau contato. O wi-fi é muito concorrido e, por essa razão, instável. A equipe é sempre muito atenciosa.
Good space to study. The collection is not a big deal (besides being quite outdated in some subjects), but the environment is interesting to study. Plenty of tables, comfortable chairs, climate control and, in general, regulars respect the silence that the environment demands. Luggage storage and a children's room are available. The study booths, despite the recent refurbishment, already have problems such as lockable doors and badly connected electrical and network outlets. The wifi is very busy and therefore unstable. The staff are always very attentive.

Opção de guarda volumes com colaboradores, cabine individuais e coletivas. Cabines com chave na porta, caso queira sair pra algo rápido, pontos de Internet a cabo e Wi-Fi, tomadas em várias cabines, computadores PCs para uso coletivo. Enfim, todo suporte necessário.
Contras: Água ruim demais, banheiro sujo, principalmente dutos de ventilação.
Organized atmosphere of good quality. Optimized study yield.
Option of guarding volumes with employees, individual and collective cabins. Cabins with key in the door, in case you want to go out for something fast, Internet and cable points Wi-Fi, taken in several booths, computers PCs for collective use. Anyway, all the support needed.
Cons: Too bad water, dirty bathroom, mostly ventilation ducts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente limpo, organizado, tem armários para guardar seus pertences, muitas tomadas, cadeiras confortáveis, funcionários educados. Só acho que o ar condicionado é muito gelado, e o wi-fi ruim.
Atenção para o horário de funcionamento que não voltou ao normal, hoje fui e ao meio-dia até às 13h é fechado para higienização, volta às 13h e fecha às 17h.
Clean, organized environment, has lockers to store your belongings, many outlets, comfortable chairs, polite staff. I just think the air conditioning is too cold, and the wifi is bad.
Attention to the opening hours that have not returned to normal, today I went and at noon until 1 pm it is closed for cleaning, back at 1 pm and closes at 5 pm.
