★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive alguns problemas na montagem dos guarda roupas, pois os montadores riscaram minha parede e por falta de atenção e capricho não colocaram aquele adesivo que "esconde" parafusos na maioria deles. Agora, depois de quatro meses de uso, a frente de duas gavetas estão soltas, ou seja, quando vamos abri - las, ela sai na mão. Já agendei duas vezes um técnico para fazer o reparo, no primeiro dia não foi e tão pouco me ligou para avisar que não iria. Entrei em contato para reagendar e a atendente Denise me disse que o horário de sábado é muito concorrido e só poderia me atender um mês depois, reclamei e conseguimos marcar para antes e no dia marcado o supervisor me ligou para avisar que o rapaz não iria. Eu acho uma falta de respeito e consideração, pois nestes dois dias deixei de agendar outros afazeres para aguardar o funcionário da Biblos e o mínimo que eles poderiam fazer é encaminhar outro no lugar para atender á minha solicitação previamente agendada. Me arrependi da compra, eu tenho há 07 anos móveis da Italínea e NUNCA tive qualquer problema.
I had some problems with assembling the wardrobes, because the assemblers scratched my wall and for lack of attention and caprice did not put that sticker that "hides" screws in most of them. Now, after four months of use, the front of two drawers are loose, that is, when we open them, it comes out in hand. I've already scheduled a repair technician twice, the first day he did not go and he called me to tell him he would not go. I contacted to reschedule and the attendant Denise told me that Saturday time is very busy and could only meet me a month later, I complained and we managed to score before and on the appointed day the supervisor called me to warn that the boy would not go. I think it is a lack of respect and consideration, because during these two days I stopped scheduling other tasks to wait for the Biblos employee and the least they could do is to send another one in the place to attend to my previously scheduled request. I regretted the purchase, I have 7 year old furniture from Italínea and I NEVER had any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Móveis sem amortecedores (inclusive nos meus espelhos), atendimento HORRÍVEL, pedi manutenção de uma gaveta que quebrou, eles pediram 15 dias pra enviar o ORÇAMENTO (KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK). Não dou ZERO porque não tem!
Terrible experience! Furniture without bumpers (including my mirrors), HORRIBLE service, I asked for maintenance on a drawer that broke, they asked for 15 days to send the BUDGET (KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK). I don't give ZERO because there isn't one!
