★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As cápsulas são de péssima qualidade. Estouram a maquina, vaza tudo ao retirar...a maior sujeira. Sem contar que fiz a compra no site e vieram me chamar sobre o pedido 1 mês apos a compra. Horrível
 The capsules are of very poor quality. The machine burst, everything leaks when removing ... the biggest dirt. Not to mention that I made the purchase on the website and came to call me about the order 1 month after the purchase. Horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi vários comentários negativos aqui mas discordo totalmente, a um ano e meio que nao compro mais capsulas de chocolate e capuccino na dolce gusto e só compro Bicafé, além de ser mais barato, quase 10,00 de diferença, ainda é uma capsula só ao inves de duas, SIMPLESMENTE PERFEITO e o gosto é bem melhor que o da Nestlê.
I saw several negative comments here but I totally disagree, for a year and a half that I no longer buy chocolate and cappuccino capsules at dolce gusto and only buy Bicafé, in addition to being cheaper, almost 10.00 difference, it is still a capsule only at invest in two, SIMPLY PERFECT and the taste is much better than Nestlê.

Pela Primeira vez comprei uma caixa de capuccino, onde as cápsulas estavam sem o pacote plástico de proteção e cheias de pó (aspecto nojento).
Já a Caixa que comprei do Bicafé Espresso Macchiato, está também cheio de pó e com um gosto Horrível. Ninguém lá em casa consegue tomar os cafés. Enviei e-mail reclamando e até agora nada!
I've been a Bicafé consumer for + or - 01 years.
For the first time I bought a box of cappuccino, where the capsules were without the plastic protective package and full of dust (disgusting aspect).
The box I bought from Bicafé Espresso Macchiato, is also full of powder and tastes horrible. Nobody at home can drink coffee. I sent an e-mail complaining and so far nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho tido uma ótima experiencia com as capsulas para Dolce Gusto. Já comprei o Chocolate, O gourmet e o Cafe com Leite e está melhor que a dolce gusto. O chocolate gasta 1 capsula não precisa adoçar e é cremoso, diferente do Chococino que precisa de 2 capsulas é aguado e tem que adoçar. Aguardando as novidades ( Cafés longos )
I have had a great experience with Dolce Gusto capsules. I already bought Chocolate, Gourmet and Cafe com Leite and it is better than dolce gusto. The chocolate spent 1 capsule does not need to sweeten and is creamy, unlike the Chococino that needs 2 capsules is watery and has to sweeten. Waiting for the news (Long coffees)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem suporte pós venda. Não respondem a minha reclamação de defeito do produto comprado, capsulas nespresso quase quebraram minha máquina pela pressão devido ao excesso de café na capsula. Capsulas abertas ao abrir a caixa, tudo errado.
No after sales support. They do not respond to my complaint about the defect of the purchased product, nespresso capsules almost broke my machine due to the pressure due to the excess coffee in the capsule. Capsules open when opening the box, all wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesmo que o preço fosse muito menor que o das cápsulas originais (não é, custo quase igual) não valeria a pena. Aparentemente não tem controle de qualidade na fabricação: comprei três caixas de ristretto, e com algumas cápsulas do lote a bomba da cafeteira é nitidamente forçada. A resistência para passar água é muito alta, chegando em alguns casos a vazar para todo lado quando o café é feito.
O sabor do café também não chega perto do produto equivalente original - ristretto ou ardenza da Nescafé: não é cremoso, e tem gosto e aparência de café de coador de boteco. Dependendo da cápsula, a bebida fica com gosto de café que passou o dia inteiro numa garrafa térmica.
Não vale a pena de forma alguma: mesmo que fosse muito mais barato pela qualidade da bebida, aparentemente as cápsulas podem até danificar a cafeteira.
Even if the price was much lower than the original capsules (no, almost the same cost) it wouldn't be worth it. Apparently there is no quality control in the manufacturing: I bought three cases of ristretto, and with a few capsules from the batch the coffeemaker's pump is clearly forced. The resistance to passing water is very high, and in some cases it leaks everywhere when the coffee is made.
The coffee's flavor doesn't even come close to the original equivalent product - ristretto or ardenza from Nescafé: it's not creamy, and it tastes and looks like barbeque coffee. Depending on the capsule, the drink tastes like coffee spent all day in a thermos.
It's not worth it at all: even though it was much cheaper for the quality of the drink, apparently the capsules can even damage the coffeemaker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, fiz a compra a 3 semanas atrás, o status no site diz estar com a transportadora, porém não é atualizada e nem sequer um email sobre o andamento recebi. O dinheiro saiu da conta no mesmo minuto. Se tiverem pressa para tomar o seu café busquem outro fornecedor.
Terrible service, I made the purchase 3 weeks ago, the status on the site says it's with the carrier, but it's not updated and I haven't even received an email about the progress. The money left the account in the same minute. If you are in a hurry to have your coffee, look for another supplier.

I bought 5 boxes and lost more than half, simply because there was no coffee....it is not compatible with nespresso....I saw a comment from two years ago and they replied that adjustments were made....no adjustments were made. ...the cheap turned out to be expensive
