★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora muito, e a atendente é muito ignorante não tem respeito com o cliente. Esperando por mais de 1 hora enquanto outras pessoas que chegaram depois da gente eram atendidas primeiro. Quando íamos questionar a demora a atendente dava mal resposta. Depois que encerrei o pedido veio outra atendente mais humilde explicar que já estava na chapa o lanche mais isso depois que encerramos. Não gostei e não retorno a este lugar nem se o lanche for de graça. Pela demora mais de hora esperando não paga 10 reais por um lanche simples.
Prefiro pagar 17 ou 20 na concorrência que não demora nem mais que 20 minutos.
 It takes too long, and the clerk is very ignorant and has no respect for the customer. Waiting for more than 1 hour while other people who arrived after us were attended to first. When we were going to question the delay, the attendant gave a bad answer. After I closed the order, another more humble attendant explained that the snack was already on the plate, but this after we closed. I didn't like it and I won't return to this place even if the snack is free. For the delay over an hour waiting, you don't pay 10 reais for a simple snack.
I prefer to pay 17 or 20 in the competition that takes no more than 20 minutes.
