★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu gatinho de um ano e seis meses para banho e tosa e, desde que ele voltou, se recusa a comer a ração seca. Há quase um mês, ele somente aceita comer a ração úmida. Dou-lhe a/d, borrifo Anizen em sua boca e instalei difusores de Fellowell nos ambientes. Não posso afirmar o que realmente houve (e se de fato houve algo), haja vista que, fisicamente, ele está bem (levei ao veterinário); mas ocorreu, nitidamente, uma mudança brusca em seu comportamento alimentar tão logo voltou para casa. Talvez tenha passado por uma situação estressante, mas nunca terei certeza e seria leviandade de minha parte qualquer afirmação. Recomendo a todos, tanto aos donos de Pet Shop quanto aos pais dos animaizinhos, que sejam sempre prudentes em suas ofertas e procuras - por mais simples que seja um banho, devemos compreender que se trata de um procedimento que pode ser estressante, ainda que haja qualidade em todos os sentidos. Embora este fato, eu quero registrar que o atendimento foi excelente, a atenção, acolhida ao meu pet, enfim, o ambiente é bonito, além de limpo e agradável. Recomendo, sim, o Bicho de Pet.
I took my one-year-old and six-month-old kitten bathed and groomed, and since he came back, he has refused to eat dry food. For almost a month, he only accepts to eat the wet ration. I give him a/d, spray Anizen in his mouth, and install Fellowell diffusers in the rooms. I can't say what really happened (and if in fact there was something), given that, physically, he's fine (I took him to the vet); but there was clearly a sudden change in his eating behavior as soon as he returned home. Perhaps I have been through a stressful situation, but I will never be sure and it would be frivolous of me to say anything. I recommend everyone, both pet shop owners and parents of pets, to always be prudent in their offers and searches - no matter how simple a bath, we must understand that this is a procedure that can be stressful, even if there is quality in every way. Despite this fact, I want to point out that the service was excellent, the attention, reception to my pet, in short, the environment is beautiful, as well as clean and pleasant. I do recommend the Pet Animal.

Fui buscar pois achei que estava demorando muito e a moça me diz que já fazia 40 min que ele estava pronto. Perguntei pq não me avisaram pra eu busca-lo, ela só me entregou a máquina de cartão ??♀️
They forgot to tell you my dog was ready! They left him imprisoned for more than 40 minutes already finished. I went to get it because I thought it was taking too long and the girl tells me it had been 40 minutes since it was ready. I asked why they didn't tell me to pick him up, she just gave me the card machine ??♀️
