Foi uma ótima experiência, tudo correu muito bem. Da veterinária às recepcionistas, o atendimento é impecável. Toda a equipe ganhou minha confiança.
Excellent clinic. I spayed my youngest cat 15 days ago in the castration campaign and today I took her to remove the stitches and make the vaccination protocol. It was a great experience, everything went really well. From the veterinarian to the receptionists, the service is impeccable. The entire team earned my trust.

NÃO E PORQUE E BARATO QUE TEM QUE SER RUIM.
Realizei castração do meu gato no mutirão que eles realizam e não gostei nem um pouco, o gato ficou com edema muito grande, sentindo dor, muito diferente de outras castrações realizadas em outras clínicas, um pouco mais caras porém muito melhores, sem comparação mesmo. ao ir a consulta de retorno, fui muito,muito,muito mal atendido pelo "profissional veterinário" responsável pela castração, não sei se é costume atender mal os clientes ou se é falta de educação mesmo. ao sair da clínica ouvi relatos de outros clientes que também foram muito mal atendidos lá. Enfim não recomendo pra ninguém. Vale mais a pena levar em outro lugar, mesmo que um pouquinho mais caro.

IT'S NOT BECAUSE IT'S CHEAP THAT IT HAS TO BE BAD.
I performed neutering of my cat in the task force they perform and I did not like it at all, the cat had very large edema, feeling pain, very different from other castrations performed in other clinics, a little more expensive but much better, without comparison. when I went to the return appointment, I was very, very, very poorly attended by the "veterinary professional" responsible for the castration, I don't know if it's customary to treat clients poorly or if it's just lack of education. when leaving the clinic I heard reports from other customers who were also very poorly attended there. All in all, I don't recommend it to anyone. It's better to take it somewhere else, even if it's a little more expensive.
