★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei o atendimento. Minha poodle saiu linda e sem machucados. Ela tem verrugas senis e veio linda e feliz depois do banho e tosa. É ainfa tem leva e traz por 8,00. Ahh eles merecem muitos elogios.
 I loved the service. My poodle came out beautiful and unhurt. She has senile warts and came looking beautiful and happy after the shower and grooming. It is the nymph has takes and brings for 8.00. Ahh they deserve much praise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! 1ª vez esqueceram de cortar unha..mas isso é o de menos. A 2ª vez o próprio dono trouxe o meu cachorro no baú do carro em alta velocidade, sozinho lá trás e SOOOOLTO, balançando para todo lado no carro e sabe lá Deus o que mais. NÃO INDICO!
Terrible! 1st time they forgot to cut nails..but this is the least. The 2nd time the owner himself brought my dog in the trunk of the car at high speed, alone back there and SOOOOLTO, swinging everywhere in the car and God knows what else. NOT INDICATE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, levei minha cachorra algumas vezes cada vez ela voltava de um jeito, eu achava estranho mesmo assim tentei dar algum crédito, ela odiava entrar lá, ficava desesperada.
Já voltou toda mole passando mal eles diziam q era por conta da vacina, voltou com olho todo machucado, todo vermelho da cor de sangue e ela sem poder ficar em pé, a moça de la falou p levar no veterinário pq nao foi la sendo q a cachorra entrou perfeita e saiu dessa forma, e agora está numa coceira voltou com pulga de la. Péssimo lugar se pudesse daria nota zero.
Bad experience, I took my dog a few times each time she came back in a way, I thought it was strange even so I tried to give some credit, she hated going in there, she was desperate.
She came back all soft, feeling sick they said it was because of the vaccine, she came back with a bruised eye, all red the color of blood and she was unable to stand, the girl said to take her to the vet because she wasn’t there dog came in perfectly and came out that way, and now it’s in an itch came back with a flea. Bad place if I could, it would give a zero score.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cobraram um valor antes do banho/tosa e depois me cobraram outro valor porquê se enganaram com o tamanho do cachorro. Não poderiam ter visto isso no momento em que buscaram o pet? Ou treinem melhor seus funcionários para passarem o preço correto.
They charged me an amount before the bath/grooming and then they charged me another amount because they made a mistake with the size of the dog. Couldn't they have seen this at the time they picked up the pet? Or better train your employees to get the right price.

Levava minhas cachorras lá.
Uma vez minha cachorra voltou amuada, gemendo de dor no ouvido, provavelmente não colocaram algodão para absorver a água, mas relevei. Hoje levei minha outra cachorra, por recomendação da minha veterinária, ela está pós operada de mastectomia, com um machucado na barriga avisei a todos lá, pedi para dar banho com protex e para passarem uma atadura para fechar o machucado, depois do banho, pois é fonte de infecção. Ainda forneci a atadura. Não me importaria se tivesse cobrado um valor a mais para fazer direito.
Minha cachorra volta com o machucado aberto, sem roupa pós operatória, a coleira encostando no machucado, esparadrapo grudado em volta de área sem pelo do machucado. Ou seja totalmente aberto para fonte de bactérias.
Minha outra cachorra voltou com a coleira com um braço pra trás e outro na frente, ela tem dermatite, não pode ficar dentro de lugar abafado ( e eu entrei lá hoje na sala de banho, e é muito quente) ficou mais de 3horas esperando um transporte para traze-las até em casa
Isso eu digo, pois desde 13h até às 16h que foi a hora que ela foi chegar.
Sinceramente recomendava, mas não recomendo este lugar a ninguém
A antiga doutora Gabriele, era maravilhosa, ótima profissional, o que salvava lá dentro

I took my dogs there.
Once my dog came back sulking, moaning with pain in her ear, they probably didn't put cotton on to soak up the water, but I let it go. Today I took my other dog, on the recommendation of my veterinarian, she is post-mastectomy, with a wound on her belly I told everyone there, I asked to bathe with protex and to put a bandage to close the wound, after the bath, because it is a source of infection. I even provided the bandage. I wouldn't mind if I had charged an extra amount to do it right.
My dog comes back with the wound open, no post-operative clothing, the collar touching the wound, tape stuck around the hairless area of the wound. That is, fully open source for bacteria.
My other dog came back with the collar with one arm back and the other in front, she has dermatitis, she can't stay in a stuffy place (and I went there today in the bathroom, and it's very hot) she was waiting for more than 3 hours transport to bring them home
This I say, because from 13:00 to 16:00 that was the time she went to arrive.
I sincerely recommend it, but I don't recommend this place to anyone
The former doctor Gabriele was wonderful, a great professional, which saved her inside
