E quando se está lotado por várias vezes deixamos o número pra eles retornarem e simplesmente nunca retornam o nosso contato. Ou seja não tem atenção com pré nem o pós atendimento. Como disse o serviço é bom mais o atendimento não lá essas coisas. Caso queira é só ter MUITA MAIS MUITA PACIENCIA MESMO.
Good quality service. However MT plus MT difficult even to get a place. And when it is crowded several times we leave the number for them to return and they simply never return our contact. In other words, there is no attention with pre or post care. As I said the service is good but the service is not there. If you want, just have MUCH MORE MUCH PATIENCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pessimo! Não recomendo para ninguém. Pra quem ama seus bichinhos e querem o melhor pra eles esse pet e clinica não é recomendado. Vc tenta entra em contato e eles apenas vizualizam é não respondem! N dá nem gosto de ir lá, si já é assim no atendiment perssimo imagina lá. Recomemdo ir em outro onde agente é bem atendido é qud nos trásminte confiamça e um bom atemdiemto.
Pessimo service! I don't recommend it to anyone. For those who love their pets and want the best for them, this pet and clinic is not recommended. You try to get in touch and they just visualize and don't respond! I don't even like to go there, if that's how it is in the terrible service you imagine there. I recommend going to another one where the agent is well served, which gives us confidence and a good time.
