 I paid dearly for the care of my kitten, and it did not show any improvement and ended up dying. Did not receive adequate assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Acham que estão fazendo um favor ao cliente. Não levo mais meus pets lá, da última vez meu cachorro veio com o focinho machucado, sem contar que duas vezes chegou em casa com carrapato.
Terrible attendance. They think they are doing the customer a favor. I don't take my pets there anymore, the last time my dog came with a snout, not to mention that twice he got home with a tick.
