My pet is very well treated by Dr. Luciane. We always take it there for vaccinations and consultations. Last time we did a spay and she looks great. I recommend. Great professional and excellent service.

Deixei minha poodle as 08:00 da manhã pra banhar e tosar, me ligaram as 16:30 pra buscá-la pedi tosa BB, quando cheguei pra pegar minha cachorra não há reconheci, não acreditei que seria ela, deixaram a cachorra horrível. Fiz a reclamação e não adiantou, entrei em ctt com a proprietária ela me disse que retornaria e até hj não retornou pra me dá nenhuma explicação. Paguei $50,00 no serviço mal feito, eles deixaram a minha cachorra até às 16:30 sem comer e beber. Sem profissionalismo e comprimento com cliente e o animal. Não indico! Tirei essa foto no dia que ela saiu do Pet
I had a bad experience with this pet, I was the first time and it was the last! I don't recommend it to anyone. I left my poodle at 8:00 am to bathe and groom, they called me at 4:30 pm to pick her up I asked for BB grooming, when I arrived to pick up my dog I didn't recognize it, I didn't believe it would be her, they left the dog horrible. I filed the complaint and it didn't work, I went into ctt with the owner she told me she would return and until today she didn't return to give me any explanation. I paid $50.00 for the poorly done service, they left my dog until 4:30 pm without eating and drinking. Unprofessional and uncompromising with the client and the animal. I don't indicate!
