★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resolvem os problemas mas não são muito simpáticos. Me pediram 40 reais por uma peça mas acabei por trocar na minha bicicletaria de confiança (Bike House em Pinheiros) e me custou 25.
 They solve problems but they are not very friendly. I was asked for 40 reais for a piece but I ended up changing it in my trusted bike shop (Bike House in Pinheiros) and it cost me 25.

Fui super bem atendida....seu Joel me ofereceu água e sabão quando voltei o tal problema estava resolvido... Não cobrou o serviço e regulou o câmbio...sai feliz e já estou fidelizada na casa....Obrigada pela gentileza e dedicaçao!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre ótimo atendimento. Sempre levo minha bike pro Joel e ele sempre faz um trampo muito bom! Melhor que qualquer outra bicicletaria que eu já deixei minha bike. Antes da pandemia eu andava uma média de 2h a 3 horas de bike por dia no asfalto de São Paulo por 4anos e sempre que eu levava pro Joel a revisão durava bastante tempo e ele deixava a bike em perfeita condição por um preço super justo, especialmente para a região! Pra mim é a melhor loja de mecânica pra bike. Vale muito a pena!
Always great service. I always take my bike to Joel and he always does a very good job! Better than any other bike shop I've ever left my bike on. Before the pandemic, I rode an average of 2h to 3 hours of biking a day on the asphalt of São Paulo for 4 years and whenever I took it to Joel, the review lasted a long time and he left the bike in perfect condition for a super fair price, especially to the region! For me it's the best mechanics store for biking. It's really worth it!

Péssimo em falar com pessoas, nada cordeal, trata as pessoas que tem dinheiro mansinho, mas é bruto e rude com quem ele acha que não tem dinheiro... Nada profissional, deveria estar trabalhando na roça no meio do mato já que não sabe ser humano com as pessoas .

Bad at talking to people, not cordial, he treats people who have money softly, but he's rough and rude with those he thinks he doesn't have money... Nothing professional, he should be working in the countryside in the middle of the woods since he doesn't know how to be human with people.
