Para vender a bike me responderam na hora o whats, fui até lá, escolhi e tivemos um excelente atendimento com o fisioterapeuta pra fazer o bike fit. Mas quando deu 30 dias e tentei agendar a revisão gratis não me respondiam mais. O Maike via minhas mensagens do whats e não respondia. Fui até lá e consegui marcar pessoalmente. E a bike voltou sem o protetor de corrente que eles tinham dado e quando eu mandei mensagem mais uma vez pro Maike dizendo q eu ia buscar ele via na hora a mensagem e nunca mais me respondeu. Ainda comuniquei q não havia vindo com o adaptador de bico pra encher o pneu e pedi um. Me disseram q isso não vem mesmo e que tinha q comprar a parte. Me pediram 7 reais por isso, sendo que pagamos mais de R$2200 à vista na bicicleta. Não se preocupam com pós venda, resultado: vão vender uma vez só! Descaso total, nem pra buscar a bike quando ficou pronta eles ligaram, eu que tive q ir lá ver como estava. Vou mudar de bicicletaria e não indico de forma alguma.

But when it was 30 days and I tried to schedule the free review they didn't answer me anymore. Maike saw my whats messages and didn't respond. I went there and managed to book in person. And the bike came back without the chain guard they had given and when I texted Maike again saying I was going to get it, he saw the message right away and he never answered me again. I also communicated that I had not come with the nozzle adapter to inflate the tire and asked for one. I was told that this does not come and that I had to buy the part. I was asked for 7 reais for that, and we paid more than R $ 2200 in cash on the bike. They are not concerned with after sales, the result: they will sell only once! Total neglect, not even to get the bike when it was ready they called, I had to go there to see how it was. I am going to change the bike shop and I do not indicate it in any way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não avisaram que minha bicicleta tinha um problema quando foi solicitado o serviço de revisão completa achando que não ia ser percebido. Ao ser constatado o problema em casa, avisei e mesmo assim não devolveram os 200 reais do serviço. Ainda falaram que eu podia comprar uma "nova" com eles.
They didn't tell me that my bike had a problem when I asked for the complete overhaul service thinking it wouldn't be noticed. When the problem was found at home, I warned and they still didn't return the 200 reais of the service. They even said I could buy a "new" one from them.
