★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bicicletário público com alta demanda junto ao Terminal e Metrô Jabaquara. Possui controle de acesso e seguranças, onde é necessário um cadastro pra uso. No entanto, os suporte de estacionamento são os piores possíves: os famosos entorta-roda, que geralmente dificultam trancar a bike, onde são fixadas pelas rodas e podem danificá-las, caso alguém esbarre na bike. O ideal é o modelo U invertido chumbado no chão, onde o ciclista encosta a bicicleta e tranca pelo quadro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizo este bicicletário a aprox. 2 anos e, tenho que dizer que o serviço é bastante precário. Para começar, a rotatividade dos funcionários é bastante alta. Eles sempre trabalham desmotivados e sem nenhuma infraestrutura, nem banheiro próximo eles tem acesso. Os usuários não tem segurança alguma ao colocarem suas bicicletas na unidade. Se você não colocar cadeado e não levar todos os acessórios, você certamente será furtado. Em mar/22 roubaram meu capacete em decorrência da minha falta de atenção e, obviamente não tive respaldo algum. Entendo que assumi o risco ao colocar meu capacete apenas no guidão, mas também entendo que a falta de profissionalismo dos funcionários em não monitorarem corretamente o bicicletário contribuiu para o incidente acontecesse. Não todos, mas grande parte deles nem olham na sua cara quando você chega ou sai. A maioria não sai do celular e nem percebem o que acontecem ao redor. Ou seja, se você bobear nem sua bicicleta esta segura rs.
E, para finalizar, a limpeza é mais ponto a ser dito. O acesso à pessoas morando nas ruas infelizmente vem crescido e, a região do Jabaquara tem sido um ponto em evidencias para essas pessoas. Elas vem se alocando ao lado do bicicletário e infelizmente o cheiro não são dos melhores. Entendo que essa questão não são culpa deles, mas o bicicletário poderia reforçar melhor a limpeza tanto para os usuários quanto para esses moradores...
I use this bike rack approx. 2 years and I have to say the service is pretty poor. For starters, employee turnover is quite high. They always work unmotivated and without any infrastructure or bathroom nearby they have access. Users have no security when placing their bicycles on the unit. If you don't put a lock and don't take all the accessories, you will surely be robbed. In Mar/22 my helmet was stolen due to my lack of attention and obviously I had no support. I understand that I took the risk by putting my helmet only on the handlebars, but I also understand that the lack of professionalism of the employees in not properly monitoring the bike rack contributed to the incident happening. Not all, but most of them don't even look you in the face when you arrive or leave. Most do not leave their cell phones and do not even notice what is happening around them. That is, if you fool, not even your bike is safe lol.
And finally, cleaning is another point to be said. Access to people living on the streets has unfortunately grown and the Jabaquara region has been a point of evidence for these people. They have been allocated next to the bike rack and unfortunately the smell is not the best. I understand that this issue is not their fault, but the bike rack could better reinforce cleaning for both users and these residents...
