Era cliente e comprava sempre a mesma coisa, de repente, sou informada que aquilo que eu costumava comprar supostamente nunca existiu lá, por meio de uma resposta extremamente grossa e sem ética da atendente.
Produtos são de ótima qualidade, mas o atual atendimento está deplorável. A pessoa que responde WhatsApp não sabe atender, tampouco, lidar com o público!

I was a customer and always bought the same thing, suddenly, I am informed that what I used to buy supposedly never existed there, through an extremely thick and unethical response from the attendant.
Products are of excellent quality, but the current service is deplorable. The person who answers WhatsApp does not know how to answer, nor deal with the public!
Unfortunate!

Excellent butcher shop..it has everything we need for barbecue and day-to-day life...the price is a little high (more expensive in the region)...but so far it's worth it!
