★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima ,pois não sei quem captou minha padaria mais até ter atendimento por telefone foi perfeita ,mais quando comecei a tentar fazer pedido a entrega e horrível péssimo atendimento ,pois não conseguem atender e entregar pior ainda alegam rota ,horário ,mesmo assim não entregam de acordo com o combinado pior e que nem pra buscar no local eles tem pois vende o que vc fez de pedido ,não existe pós venda e nem pós atendimento eu teria vergonha de colocar as coisas no LINE pra ser vendido pois se não consegue atender nem um cliente pequeno por várias vezes o que esperar dessa empresa detalhe pagamento a vista , NN ada de boleto e nada de a prazo ,não recomendo pra ninguém essa empresa nós da bakery Lourenço com padaria de conceito estamos na mesma cidade que está empresa e ela não consegue nos entregar por falta de atendimento a vergonha
It was terrible, because I don't know who picked up my bakery but until I had phone service it was perfect, but when I started trying to order the delivery and horrible service, because they can't answer and deliver even worse they claim route, time, still they don't deliver according to the worst agreement and that they don't even have to pick up on the spot because they sell what you ordered, there is no after sales and no after service I would be ashamed to put things on LINE to be sold because if you can't even answer a small customer for several times what to expect from this company detail payment on sight, NN ada de boleto and nothing in the term, I don't recommend this company to anyone we at bakery Lourenço with bakery concept we are in the same city as this company and it is not can deliver us for lack of service to shame
