I recommend great service I was passing through the place where I saw the big Burger at the time I got hungry and I didn't think twice RS I pulled over I ordered a snack with a juice hummmmmmm real delight I want to leave here my feedback and recommendation for sure when I'm in the place I'll eat another one very tasty and the service was amazing

Mais de 30 minutos de atraso em pedido, não dão satisfação, atualizam falando que pedido está a caminho e não foi entregue.
Sempre errando nos pedidos, errando nos acompanhamentos e lanche muitas vezes chega frio.
Isso quando não falta os produtos para os lanches e mandam de qualquer forma.
E esqueçam mensagem pelo ifood, eles mal respondem
Big Burger is going from bad to worse.
More than 30 minutes late for an order, they don't give satisfaction, they update saying that the order is on its way and has not been delivered.
Always making mistakes in the orders, wrong in the side dishes and snack often arrives cold.
That's when there's no shortage of products for snacks and they send anyway.
And forget ifood message, they barely respond

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche é bom, mas hoje pelo ifood fui fazer pedido com cupom de fidelidade que tinha ganho por ter comprado 3 vezes, e o cupom simplesmente desapareceu, foi retirado.
Lamentável.
Não vou mais pedir nesse lugar.
Snack is good, but today at ifood I went to order with a loyalty coupon that I had won for having bought it 3 times, and the coupon simply disappeared, it was removed.
Unfortunate.
I won't order from this place anymore.
