 I'm a bit against sweet things in the hamburger, like caramelized onions, and I thought there is a lot of choice of burgers with sweet things. Despite that the hamburgers are delicious, I will go again without a doubt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos melhores burguers, talvez o melhor que já comi em João Pessoa. Ele literalmente foi derretendo na boca, bem temperado. O preço vale pela boa comida, atendimento cordial e ambiente bem decorado e limpo.
One of the best burguers, perhaps the best I've ever eaten in João Pessoa. It literally melted in the mouth, well seasoned. The price is good food, friendly service and a well decorated and clean environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito e recomendo facilmente. O hambúrguer é saboroso, o ponto é bom, os acompanhamentos são deliciosos, batata frita palito fininha, crocante e sequinha. No hambúrguer tem uma farofa que eu não sei do que é que deixa o hambúrguer diferente e gostoso. O barbecue de goiaba é perfeito para acompanhar a batata. O cachorro quente é bom, eu acho diferente, ao invés de ser salsicha é uma calabresa fininha. Eu acho muito pesado, mas meus amigos acham ótimo, de fato, a proposta é boa porque o que o conjunto é bom. Gostei do croquete de pulled pork mas achei muito gorduroso superficialmente, uma unidade é suficiente. O suco de laranja é bom. Quanto ao atendimento, excelente. Recomendo.
Atualização: Venho percebendo uma mudança no padrão Big Joy. Primeiro mudaram a batata. Na Black Friday anunciaram uma promoção no Smash Burger e chegando lá era um smash diferente (em tamanho, carne diferente e quantidade diferente dos ingredientes, quem não é cliente a um tempo talvez não tenha percebido). Semana passada pedi um smash burger no drive-thru e ao chegar em casa era um hambúrguer de 2 carnes smash com cheddar. Até o papel de embalagem primária do hambúrguer está diferente. Hoje, novamente no drive-thru, pedi um smash e a farofa dele estava murcha, a carne com nervos e sem tempero/sabor. Já recomendEI muito o Big Joy pelo sabor de seus hambúrgueres, pela qualidade da batata e pelo excelente serviço do salão, hoje NÃO recomendo pois a qualidade e sabor já não mais condizem com o preço do produto.
I like it a lot and I recommend it easily. The hamburger is tasty, the point is good, the sides are delicious, fries are thin, crispy and dry. There's a crumb on the hamburger that I don't know what makes the hamburger different and tasty. The guava barbecue is perfect to accompany the potato. The hot dog is good, I think it's different, instead of being a sausage, it's a thin pepperoni. I think it's very heavy, but my friends think it's great, in fact, the proposal is good because what the set is good. I liked the pulled pork croquette but found it too greasy on the surface, one unit is enough. Orange juice is good. As for the service, excellent. I recommend.
Update: I've been noticing a change in the Big Joy pattern. First they changed the potato. On Black Friday they announced a promotion at Smash Burger and arriving there was a different smash (in size, different meat and different amount of ingredients, those who haven't been a customer for a while may not have noticed). Last week I ordered a drive-thru smash burger and when I got home it was a 2 meat smash burger with cheddar. Even the primary packaging role of the hamburger is different. Today, again at the drive-thru, I asked for a smash and his crumb was wilted, the meat nervous and without seasoning/flavor. I have already highly recommended Big Joy for the flavor of its hamburgers, the quality of the potatoes and the excellent service at the salon, today I DO NOT recommend it because the quality and flavor are no longer in line with the price of the product.
