★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Fiz o pedido, fiquei esperando durante 1:30h e de repente cancelam o pedido. Fui ligar lá, pediram desculpa e disseram que a única coisa que poderiam fazer é refazer o pedido novamente e esperar mais 45 minutos.
Detalhe, foi uma pizza e o local fica a menos de 1km de casa, ou seja, realmente o loca não sabe atender clientes e resolver problemas.

Bad experience. I placed the order, I was waiting for 1:30h and suddenly they cancel the order. I went to call there, they apologized and said the only thing they could do is re-order again and wait another 45 minutes.
Detail, it was a pizza and the place is less than 1km from home, that is, the local doesn't really know how to serve customers and solve problems.

Fiz um pedido pelo ifood. O pedido foi confirmado, com prazo de entrega de 60 a 70 minutos. Depois de 90 minutos o mesmo foi cancelado. Liguei no restaurante para entender oq aconteceu, me disseram que o pedido nem tinha sido realizado mas mesmo assim me informaram detalhes como end de entrega. Ou seja, o pedido estava com vocês.
Não me pediram desculpas pelo transtorno, simplesmente falaram que que se eu quisesse pedir de novo demoraria 50 minutos.
Lamentei, pois ja fazia 1h30 do pedido e ainda falei que era a primeira vez que que eu tava pedindo pois tinha recebido indicação do lugar e queria experimentar mas com essa postura perderiam o cliente e a resposta que tive foi: “tudo bem”.

I placed an order through ifood. The order was confirmed, with a delivery time of 60 to 70 minutes. After 90 minutes it was cancelled. I called the restaurant to understand what happened, they told me that the order had not even been carried out but even so they informed me of details such as delivery end. In other words, the order was with you.
They didn't apologize for the inconvenience, they simply said that if I wanted to ask again it would take 50 minutes.
I was sorry, because it was 1h30 from the order and I even said that it was the first time that I was asking because I had received an indication of the place and wanted to try it but with that attitude they would lose the customer and the answer I got was: “okay”.
