Ainda não comprei essas facilidades apenas, alguns remédios e um molho para abrir o apetite de um dos meus bebês que não quer comer ração pois ele era de rua. Mas está funcionando esse molho. Pretendo voltar para comprar mais coisas para meus bebês, se for realmente bom, 5 estrelas!!
 Many options for pets and facilities also from day to day. I have not yet bought these facilities alone, some remedies and a sauce to whet the appetite of one of my babies who does not want to eat ration because he was street. But that sauce is working. I plan to return to buy more things for my babies, if it's really good, 5 stars !!

Isso que meu esposo compra a anos lá, mas atendimento para a entrega é péssimo, o rapaz ainda que atende bem, mas a mulher vou te falar viu! Se continuar vcs vai fechar esse comércio pois não estão sabendo mais como lidar com os clientes !

This is what my husband bought for years there, but delivery service is terrible, the boy still serves well, but the woman I will tell you about! If you continue you will close this trade because they are no longer knowing how to deal with customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Marcou entrega e não trouxe. Numa segunda tentativa trouxe errado e ficou de voltar na mesma hora . Não apareceu e quando fui cancelar não responde às mensagens e quando liguei falou "ah moça a ligação está falhando". Liguei do fixo e não atende . Não indico não se importa com as necessidades dos clientes , quem dirá com a dos animais. Estou em home office , BB pequeno e sem carro por isso solicitei delivery.
Terrible attendance. Scheduled delivery and did not bring. In a second attempt it was wrong and he was back at the same time. He didn't show up and when I went to cancel he didn't respond to messages and when I called he said "oh girl the call is failing". I called the landline and does not answer. I do not indicate does not care about the needs of customers, let alone that of animals. I'm at home office, BB small and without a car so I requested delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja em si é ótima, tem de tudo...mas o atendimento, particularmente comigo, sempre foi péssimo. As pessoas te tratando como se estivessem fazendo um favor em vender. A única pessoa simpática, q me atendeu, foi um senhor.
The store itself is great, it has everything...but the service, particularly with me, has always been terrible. People treating you like they're doing you a favor by selling. The only nice person who attended me was a gentleman.
