Mas o pior é a falta de boa vontade da proprietária quando pedimos um ingrediente a mais (salada de alface e tomate, pasmem) ela nega! Nem oferece como extra. Salada é um item tradicional de um prato executivo e ela me negou! Não sabem fidelizar um cliente, perderam uma boa cliente que gosta da comida mas não do atendimento! Valorizem seus clientes!!
I am very sad about this restaurant! She was an assiduous shopper! They increased the delivery in a way that was really discouraging! But the worst thing is the lack of goodwill on the part of the owner when we ask for an extra ingredient (lettuce and tomato salad, amazingly) she denies it! Nor does it offer as an extra. Salad is a traditional item of an executive dish and she denied me! They don't know how to retain a customer, they have lost a good customer who likes the food but not the service! Value your customers!!
