★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalação do CarPlay péssima, sem orientação na entrega e ao dar o primeiro problema me passaram algumas dicas por telefone mas iriam vir resolver localmente ( NUNCA APARECERAM ), depois quando ocorreu outro problema funcionário agendou e não apareceu novamente sem dar satisfação novamente! Não façam instalação de acessórios neste lugar, vários problemas, equipamento ruim e suporte pós venda não existe !!!
Installation of CarPlay terrible, without guidance on delivery and when giving the first problem they gave me some tips over the phone but they would come and solve it locally (NEVER APPEARED), then when another problem occurred, the employee scheduled it and did not appear again without giving satisfaction again! Do not install accessories in this place, several problems, bad equipment and after sales support does not exist!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não respeitam o cliente! Para resolver uma instalação mal feita de película solar tive de vir mais duas vezes na loja, sendo que na primeira "só para avaliar" o que eles mesmo chamaram de "problema crônico no Fit".
Isso sem contar que quiseram inferir que eu teria aberto o vidro antes de 48 horas, sendo que eu deixei o carro parado por mais de 72 para não ter problemas.
Marquei para retornar hoje, dia 23/02 às 08:30, e o instalador só chega às 09:00. Vou atrasar em meu trabalho porque eles não respeitam o agendamento que eles fizeram.
Ridículo! Nunca mais.
They don't respect the customer! To solve a bad installation of solar film I had to come to the store twice more, the first time "just to evaluate" what they called a "chronic problem with Fit".
Not to mention that they wanted to infer that I would have opened the window before 48 hours, and I left the car stopped for more than 72 hours so as not to have problems.
I scheduled to return today, 23/02 at 08:30, and the installer only arrives at 09:00. I'm going to be late in my work because they don't respect the schedule they made.
