★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma película 3D de 30 REAIS no dia 19-05, quando sai da loja ela tava descolando na lateral mas passei o dedo e colou de boa, relevei por ser bem na hora e fui embora, desde então (hoje é dia 28-05, uma semana depois), a película descola todos os dias mas continuei relevando, porém hoje quando acordei a película estava mais da metade descolada e quando passei o dedo pra colar novamente, não colou, quando retirei na força do ódio pois já havia sido mal colocada desde o primeiro dia de compra, a película na parte que cola estava TODA SUJA e com pelinhos, não vou relevar mais, péssimo serviço, profissionais que ficam conversando e fazem o trabalho mal feito, uma película de 30 reais não durou um mês!
 I bought a 3D film of 30 REAL on 19-05, when I left the store it was taking off on the side but I ran my finger and glued it well, I noticed it because it was right on time and left since then (today is 28-05 , a week later), the film peels off every day but I kept on revealing it, but today when I woke up the film was more than half detached and when I ran my finger to paste it again, it didn’t stick, when I removed it in the strength of hate because it was bad placed since the first day of purchase, the film on the glue part was ALL DIRTY and with little hairs, I will not reveal anymore, terrible service, professionals who are talking and do the job poorly, a film of 30 reais did not last a month!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troquei um display e voltei um dia depois com o aparelho sem ligar com uma placa teoricamente "queimada" como relatado pelo técnico Marcelo. Levei a outro profissional e era apenas uma bateria desplugada. É um absurdo a falta de profissionalismo e honestidade da loja por manter funcionários desse porte. É inaceitável haver tantos comentários negativos sobre o local e nada ser feito. Todas as medidas cabíveis serão tomadas da minha parte para que paguem por tamanho prejuízo a mim causado!
I changed a display and came back a day later with the device without connecting with a theoretically "burned" plate as reported by technician Marcelo. I took it to another professional and it was just an unplugged battery. The store's lack of professionalism and honesty for maintaining employees of this size is absurd. It is unacceptable to have so many negative comments about the place and nothing to be done. All reasonable measures will be taken on my part to pay for such a loss caused to me!

I TOOK MY MOBILE PHONE TO CHANGE THE CHARGE CONNECTOR (I PAID 75 REAIS) AND THEY DID NOT CHANGE IT, JUST STUCK, LESS THAN TWO MONTHS LATER THE MOBILE PHONE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM, I TAKEN ANOTHER TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND HE SHOWED ME THE SERVICE, STILL THERE WITH SUPER BONDER, 75 REAIS THROWN AWAY, THE OTHER TECHNICIAN CHARGED ME 45, THIS BIG CELL CHARGED 75, HORRIBLE, I NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE AGAIN, LEFT ME IN THE LOSSES AND DID THE PORK SERVICE, EVERYTHING FOR THEM WIN MORE, GET YOUR HANDS IN POCKET AND DO NOT DO RIGHT SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima qualidade, profissionais desonestas, te falam um preço na hora do orçamento e na hora de pagar te cobram outro. Coloquei uma película, a pessoa que me falou o valor, cobrou 30% a mais do valor que ela tinha me falado, quando questionei, ela desconversou e falou que tinha falado o valor errado. Portanto primeira e última experiência nessa loja. Nao volto, não recomendo e falo mal com quem me perguntar.
Terrible quality, dishonest professionals, they tell you a price at the time of the budget and when you pay, they charge you another one. I put a film, the person who told me the amount, charged 30% more than the amount she had told me, when I asked, she changed the subject and said that she had said the wrong amount. So first and last experience in this store. I won't come back, I don't recommend it and I speak badly to anyone who asks me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu celular para consertar e o celular voltou com outro defeito. Já aconteceu com outras pessoas da minha família também. Não recomendo essa loja para comprar nada, até a película que vende aí quebra sozinha.
I took my cell phone to get it fixed and the cell came back with another defect. It has happened to other people in my family as well. I don't recommend this store to buy anything, even the film they sell there breaks by itself.
