★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, péssimo preparo ... péssimo profissional .... liguei com dor no consultório, e fui orientado a procurar outra clínica, o cara do nada ficou irritado por não estar me escutando direito no telefone e sem fundamento algum me disse que eu estava colocando pressão sobre ele .... que despreparo absurdo ... que vergonha... que amadorismo
Lousy service, lousy preparation ... lousy professional .... I called with pain in the office, and I was told to look for another clinic, the guy from nowhere was irritated because he was not listening to me on the phone and without any reason told me that I I was putting pressure on him .... what absurd unpreparedness ... what a shame ... what amateurism

Liguei perguntando sobre como funcionava o atendimento, um rapaz extremamente sem vontade atendeu o telefone e me orientou a ir direto pro consultório num horário x que conseguiria atendimento. Meu pai com dor, foi até lá pra chegar e além de não ser atendido, ser tratado com falta de educação. Melhorem! Ninguém vai ao dentista pra passear, se vocês se propuseram a trabalhar com o público o mínimo que vocês fazem é tratá-los com respeito e empatia. Que vergonha.
Terrible attendance. I called asking about how the service worked, an extremely unwilling guy answered the phone and instructed me to go straight to the office at a time that I could get service. My father, in pain, went there to get there and besides not being attended to, being treated with a lack of education. Get better! Nobody goes to the dentist for a walk, if you set out to work with the public, the least you do is treat them with respect and empathy. What a shame.
